Policy GuidelinesInformation regarding the post-production of the event recording must be specified on the online request. For recordings to be posted online (Wharton Media Network and webCafé), please indicate all additional cross listed courses/sections this should be posted to and include an exact Title if you have one. The turnaround time for standard post-production requests is two business days. This includes requests for DVDs and duplications. In most cases, the requests are completed much sooner. Please refer to the Requests for Digital Services Postings chart for accurate posting information based on the day of your recording. Post-production of recordings is based on system resources, and therefore cannot be guaranteed sooner than two business days. If a recording is needed immediately for playback, we suggest using the flash drive recorders in the classroom cabinet and would be happy to provide you with a training.
